Villa Batu Sari is a contemporary, 5 Bedroom Balinese Villa on large land holding minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants in Cosmopolitan Seminyak.

Close to the Canggu Club Villa Batu Sari has 5 large bedrooms plus a babies room attached to the master bedroom. The villa is 550 square metres under roof.

Only 4 years old and renovated extensively in October 2012, Batu Sari is architecturally stunning and in a perfect location to savour the delights of Bali.

據《路透社》報導，全球最大黃金 ETF：SPDR Gold Trust (GLD) 週三持倉量也是暴減了 2.4%，與前日相比大減了 15.78 噸，創近五年來最大降幅。而目前 SPDR 的黃金持倉量已降至 639.02 噸，刷下自 2008年九月以來新低。

週三紐約近月黃金期貨收盤收在每盎司 1053 美元，創下近六年來新低。

而造成黃金期貨價格暴跌、ETF 持倉大舉拋售的主因為 Fed 主席葉倫週三在華盛頓經濟俱樂部 (The Economic Club of Washington D.C.)上發表演說時表示，以她的觀點來看，美國經濟已經獲得了巨大的改善，並且處在穩定復甦增長的軌道之上，儘管還未達到最佳狀態，但以十月份的就業市場數據來看，美國的就業市場依然在復甦當中。

葉倫並指出，全球經濟表現不佳、原物料商品價格重挫等負面因子對美國經濟成長和通膨成長率的衝擊，預估在明年將會獲得改善。

葉倫表示：「十月份 FOMC 會議後勞動力市場的各項數據皆符合我們的預期。而由於勞動力市場的持續改善，這也讓我們對通膨率在中期向 Fed 的 2% 通膨目標靠攏越來越有信心。」

葉倫並在演講中提出警告，如果美國太晚進入至「升息循環」之中的話，很可能會對美國經濟造成意外性的打擊。

市場認為，這是 Fed 自暗示即將啟動升息以來，最強而有力的「前瞻指引」。
